Ken's Sports will not accept any returned goods without prior approval. All unapproved returns will be denied and returned to sender. All return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the part(s) ordered.

Please include the following details in your email. (1) First & Last name that was used to place the order, (2) Your email address, (3) Your web order number, (4) Phone number, (5) Reason for return and part numbers of the items being requested for return, (6) Pictures of the product defect if necessary.

RETURN POLICY
- All return request must be filed within 15 days of receiving part(s), return after 15 day delivery time period are subject to refusal.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Non-returnable items: All electrical parts, all decals & stickers, Any item that has been istalled or attempted to be installed, any item not in original packaging, tires that have been mounted, closeout items.
- Warrant returns should be filed immediately after noticing damage or imperfections to assure manufacturer assistance and replacement
